Q. How much is shipping to my country?
A. We offer flat rate shipping to destinations around the world. Most items ship by Express Mail Service (EMS), On certain items for delivery to select countries, there is a cheaper shipping option: Registered AirParcel. If this option is available, it will be indicated in the item description. Please select the Standard shipping option at checkout for Registered AirParcel, or the Express/Expedited shipping option for EMS. Countries to which we can ship via Registered AirParcel are: U.S., Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Spain. Delivery to all other countries must use EMS.
Q. How long do I have to wait to get my purchase?
A. Orders usually arrive in 3-5 business days if your item was shipped via EMS; or 15-20 business days (including weekends, about 1 month) if your order was shipped via Air Parcel. If the AirParcel shipping option is available, it will be noted in the item description.
Q. Do you offer combined shipping?
A. Yes, we offer combined shipping. To calculate the combined shipping cost, pay for the heaviest item (highest shipping price), and then add the price specified for each additional item as specified in the eBay listing. Please refer to our combined shipping example below that illustrates how to calculate the combined shipping discount.
Q. Do you offer shipping insurance? What is your policy regarding items lost or damaged during shipment?
A. Yes, we offer shipping insurance on most items. We all want our purchases to arrive on time and in one piece. Despite all precautions, sometimes shipments do go wrong and the item gets damaged or gets lost in transit. Insurance is for that risk.
If a package arrives damaged, it is best if you refuse the package. If you sign for and keep the package, please make sure you note the damage when you sign for it so that we may file a claim with the carrier in the event that the actual product you ordered was also damaged and you purchased insurance. We are not responsible for products lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. Please be sure to purchase insurance to guard against this liability.
DELIVERY ADDRESS: We ship to your PayPal primary address. If you would like to ship the item to an alternate address, you MUST change your “Shipping Address” when you complete payment in PayPal. Please include your telephone number in the PayPal note section when making payment so that the delivery service can contact you in case there are any problems.
CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES & HANDLING FEES: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. By payment of our invoice, buyer acknowledges and assumes all responsibility for any additional customs fees, duties or local handling/courier fees.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the shipping company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Customs declarations will be completed accurately by seller and in accordance with Taiwan law and shipper regulations. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ as this practice is illegal and strictly against eBay policy. Any buyer that is unwilling to take responsibility for customs fees, duties or local handling fees may cancel a transaction without penalty any time before shipment and should contact us immediately to make this request.
The potential for these fees in noted in each item description, plus all e-mails relating to the transaction.
SHIPPING METHODS: We offer two shipping methods (may not be available for all products):
- Standard Shipping (Registered Air Parcel) - shipping time of 15-20 business days (including weekends, approximately 1 month). Available for delivery to: U.S., Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Spain. There is online proof of delivery, but no online tracking.
- Express Shipping (EMS) - shipping time of 4-7 business days and online tracking. Requires signature on delivery.
We deliver to countries serviced by the Taiwan Postal Services, including Taiwan EMS. If your country is not listed in the below list, please contact us at help@plumbargains.com to see if delivery is possible via DHL (additional charges may apply).

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME: We usually ship within 3 business days of receiving payment. To estimate your total delivery time, please add the processing time of 2 business days to the estimated shipping times below. Occasionally, delivery time may be longer than estimated due to customs delays or weather.
Orders shipped by Registered AirParcel have a shipping time of 15-20 business days (including weekends, approximately 1 month). There is online proof of delivery, but no online tracking.
Orders shipped by EMS (Express Mail Service) have an approximate delivery time as specified below:
- Africa: 5-8
- Asia Pacific: 2-5
- Europe: 5-7
- Middle East: 4-7
- North America: 4-5
- Central & South America: 5-7
If you fail to receive your item within 7 business days after ship out, please use the tracking number provided in our shipping confirmation letter inquire at your local customs or post office. EMS tracking numbers begin with EE, like EE123456789TW.
To track your order, please:
1) Go to this website http://postserv.post.gov.tw/WebMailNslookup/ENII_EMS.html
2) Enter your EMS tracking number (the tracking number is listed at the top of your Item Shipped email).
3) Click the “Go” button

COMBINED SHIPPING POLICY: We offer a combined shipping discount on most of our products – please review individual item descriptions to verify if combined shipping is available. To calculate the combined shipping cost, pay for the heaviest item (highest shipping price), and then add the price specified for each additional item as specified in the eBay listings. Please use the below chart as a guide to calculating the combined shipping discount.
UNCLAIMED PARCELS: If your parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, we will notify you by email. Such a situation may occur if you are unavailable or the address you provided was insufficient. We will ONLY refund unclaimed parcels. We will not re-ship the parcel. The refund will be the purchase price less shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee.
