Returns
All returns require authorization, so please contact us to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number to set up a return. We will not accept returns without a RMA clearly written on the outside of the returned parcel.

If you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied. We will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the product (verified by tracking information). We will refund all satisfaction returns, which may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. The refund will be made to the buyer’s PayPal account once we receive the return product and you follow the returns process outlined below.

In the event you receive a non-functioning product, PlumBargains will provide a full refund plus the return shipping cost at most equivalent to our shipping cost) provided you contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product (verified by tracking information). Returns Process
All the returns will be refunded. We do not offer merchandise exchange.
- Please make a claim within 14 days of receipt of the product.
- Email us (help@plumbargains.com) and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number - we’ll set up the return. We will not accept returns without a RMA clearly written on the outside of the returned parcel.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping within 7 days of receipt of the RMA and use an insured, traceable method.
- All returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.
- Your refund will be made to the buyer’s PayPal account once we receive the return product and you follow our returns process.
Warranty
We sell only new, never-used products in their original packaging. Please refer to each item description for specific warranty information.
If your product fails after 14 days of receipt up to the end of your warranty period, please email us your sales record and payment details to request a RMA number. We may act as your agent to send the product in for repair; however, you are responsible for shipping costs both ways. If the product was damaged through human error, the warranty will be voided.
